At Locker Prints, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, preference, or ordering errors. Refunds or exchanges are only considered if you receive an incorrect item or if the product arrives damaged or defective. In the case of an incorrect item, a replacement or refund may be issued, but proof of the error, such as a photograph of the item received, is required. For damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement or refund, provided that photographic evidence is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
All claims must be submitted via our 'contact us' page with the order number and supporting photographic evidence. Claims submitted without sufficient proof will not be considered. Once a claim is received and approved, we will process a replacement or refund within three business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note that custom posters, personalised orders, and limited edition prints are strictly non-returnable unless the product is damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

We fulfil orders within 1-3 days and aim to have all purchases delivered withing 5 working days of ordering or earlier.

All of our posters are designed in-house to ensure they stand out with exceptional quality and attention to details.

Are frames included?
We do not offer frames with our orders.
This is to ensure that your print(s) arrive in the best possible condition and can be packaged securely.
We recommend sourcing frames from Amazon with their competitive pricing and variety of frame solutions.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, every order includes a tracking number which will be provided via email or text once your order is fulfilled.
What if my item is damaged?
Whilst we take meticulous measures to ensure your item arrives safe and securely packaged, mishaps rarely occur due to courier handling.
If you item arrives damaged, contact us for a replacement or refund within 30 days of arrival to be eligible.
