At Locker Prints, we take pride in our work and strive to ensure that every poster you receive meets our high standards of quality. Our posters are printed on premium paper, with a professional matte finish and durable construction — designed to hold up even when hung directly on a wall.
We select trusted printing partners and materials to maintain consistent image clarity, colour reproduction and paper feel. If your poster arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage or incorrect item, please contact us via our 'contact us' page within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and either replace the poster at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please note that this guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Normal variation in colour (due to monitor display, lighting or print batch) and wear from regular usage are not covered. Customised or personalised posters are included in the guarantee for manufacturing faults, but not for issues arising from the submitted artwork (e.g., low-resolution image provided by the customer).

Yes, every order includes a tracking number which will be provided via email or text once your order is fulfilled.
What if my item is damaged?
Whilst we take meticulous measures to ensure your item arrives safe and securely packaged, mishaps rarely occur due to courier handling.
If you item arrives damaged, contact us for a replacement or refund within 30 days of arrival to be eligible.
